How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unless expressly marked "Ready To Ship" on the product detail page, most items arrive within 3-4 weeks after ordering.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or DHL International.
Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility. While USPS is "Awating Your Item" the delivery date is simply an estimate, but once the package is scanned into their system, more accurate tracking info will populate at the link.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, enter your address and select your shipping method. Shipping will be calculated automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.
My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't received my package, can I get my order reshipped?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for reshipping orders that have been marked delivered. Please be sure to provide an accurate address when placing your order.
My tracking hasn't been updated. Where is my order?
If your order has not been marked delivered, please:
(1) allow 3-5 business days for your package to turn up; and
(2) reach out to your postal worker directly.
